Process Equipment Department main duty is chemical equipment engineering design, such as heat exchangers, reaction tanks, towers, storage and separation vessels, as well as equipment manufacture supervision and consulting. All of our work is conducted based on our A2 Pressure Vessel License. Our mission is that excellent engineering design work guarantees the project quality, as the foundation of engineering projects. Our equipment engineering professionals have accumulated decades of practical experiences and technical knowledges, and our technical skills and abilities keep updated and improved. We frequently follow up after-sale technical projects, to make sure our clients get high-level engineering services.
1.Regular design of fixed vessels (reactor, heat exchanger, tower vessel, horizontal vessel, storage tank (including spherical tank), etc.).
2.Design of other non-standard equipment (such as high pressure vessel, separator and settler).
3.Do a good job in Party A's service work, including pre-project consultation, mid-term design, post-delivery, acceptance, etc.
4.Participate in all kinds of communication organized by the construction unit or competent department.
5.Cooperate with Marketing Department in business and technical work.
6.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical Process Machinery or related.
2. 3-5 years of experience in the design and construction of chemical machinery and equipment and working experience in design institutes is preferred, experience in the design and construction of high-pressure vessels (A1) and spherical tanks (A3) is preferred.
3. A1 pressure vessel audit qualification is preferred.
4. Familiar with relevant design specifications, able to work independently, with strong professional skills.
5. Good writing skills and strong understanding and communication skills.
6. Ability of continuous learning.
7. Ability to work in depth.
