2.Be responsible for lab routine operations, and complete different experimental tasks.
3.Timely record and compile research data, complete experimental entry work and relevant research reports.
4.Complete lab routine work.

6.Make research plans, independently search the literature, and conduct relevant chemical experiments.
7.Assist in completing small and pilot tests, and process package development, etc.
8.Be responsible for the declaration of intellectual property rights of R&D technologies and the transformation of results.
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Material Science and Engineering, Polymer Materials and Engineering, Applied Chemistry, etc.
2.With research foundation in following directions are preferred: new chemical materials and cutting-edge chemicals (high-end chemicals, fine chemicals, electronic chemicals, etc.), industrial wastewater treatment, solid / hazardous waste treatment, and waste gas treatment.
3.Familiar with relevant professional knowledge of the chemical industry, master the basic operating skills of laboratory.
4.Ability to independently conduct chemical experiments.
5.Ability to search literature independently.
6.Strong ability of innovation, experiment design, analysis and problem solving.
7.Good writing and communication skills.
8.Ability to continuously learn.
9.Ability to work in depth.
